Any additional textual information that doesn't fit in the input form and shouldn't be directly visible as a note on the record card can be included in the two accompanying documents. Examples of possible uses for these documents include CVs, certificate extracts, detailed research histories, and similar items.
The ability to link two different documents to a single record card allows for further structuring of the supplementary information. It is recommended to use document 1 for information of general interest and document 2 for private notes, such as correspondence or user-defined archiving notes. During evaluations, it can be selected individually for each document whether or not it should be included in the results.
