Create evaluation

1. Open the Demo file.
2. Right-click on the "All People" list in the directory . The context menu for the directory will open.
3. Select the "Evaluations" function from the context menu. A window labeled "Evaluation Assistant" will open.
4. Left-click the Next button.
5. In the selection list labeled "Evaluation form" , select the entry "Local Family Register" using the left mouse button.
6. Left-click the Next button.
7. In the Omega settings for evaluations, make the following adjustments:
   • Signatures | Algorithm: dynamic
   • Signatures | Include signatures: *
   and then click the Apply button with the left mouse button.
8. Click the Finish button to start creating the local family register.
9. The progress indicator appears and the local family register is created.
10. Once the process is complete, the document viewer opens and displays the generated document. The selection list above the document shows RTF (application/rtf) .
11. Left-click the icon to the right of this selection list. The "Save File " dialog box will open.
12. Save the document to any location on your drive. Leave the default filename "Local Family Register All Index Cards" . You are saving the report as an RTF file.
13. Close the document viewer by clicking the X icon in the upper right corner.
14. A dialog box will appear asking if you also want to save the analysis itself (and not just the document as an RTF file). Click the "No" button with the left mouse button.
15. Search for the created document "Local Family Register All Index Cards" in the document manager .
16. Right-click on the document and select " Open with" from the context menu. Windows will then offer you a list of programs.
17. Choose your preferred word processing program (e.g., Microsoft Office Word, LibreOffice Writer).
18. You have now created a local family register and opened it in your word processing program for editing.
